Elmoj operates three CNC oil country lathe machines with spindle bores of 6″, 9-5/8″, and 14″ — covering the full range of tubular sizes used in Libya’s drilling and production operations. All machining is performed under our API Q1 quality management system, with every measurement instrument third-party certified and all work fully documented and traceable.
From routine thread repair on API connections to specialized premium connection work under our TenarisHydril License, our CNC team has the equipment, the training, and the certifications to deliver work that meets the most demanding international standards.
Services
BHA & Drill String Connections
Manufacture and repair of all BHA Rotary Shouldered Connections to API Spec 7-2 (formerly API 7-1) and DS-1 specifications, as well as customer-specific requirements.

All work includes NDT inspection and phosphate surface treatment where required.
Casing & Tubing Thread Services

- Coupling manufacture and replacement per API 5CT
TenarisHydril Premium Connections
As an authorized TenarisHydril Licensee (License No. 155), Elmoj is certified to manufacture and repair TenarisHydril premium thread connections to Tenaris’s own global quality standards.
This covers thread repair, re-threading, coupling replacement, and connection inspection — all performed under Tenaris-approved processes, with Tenaris-certified phosphating available as part of the same workflow.
Wellhead & X-mas Tree Component Services
Thread refurbishment for wellhead and Christmas tree components, including:
